Be honest with yourself about why you are buying it
This is the question that decides whether the purchase works, and no feature list will answer it. Workforce analytics used to find process bottlenecks, rebalance workload, or work out why a service line is unprofitable is genuinely valuable, and teams accept it when the purpose is explained. The same software used to check whether people are working produces resentment, gaming, and in some cases departures, and the data it generates is not worth what it costs in trust.
